1. Returns Eligibility

We accept return requests only for eligible products under the conditions mentioned below.

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging and tags intact

To be eligible, return requests should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, or product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance / sale items (unless damaged)
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Order Number
    • Product photos
    • Clear images showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds generally appear within 7–10 business days

If payment was made through Cash on Delivery (if available), refund details may be collected separately.

5. Exchange Policy

Where applicable, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds for:

  • Size issues (subject to availability)
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products delivered

Exchange requests remain subject to product inspection and approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

Depending on the reason for return:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping may be covered by us
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may apply
